Free Domestic Shipping for orders $75+

We work hard to process orders quickly and ensure its safe delivery. We offer FREE standard shipping for all domestic orders over $75 with calculated shipping fees for expedited orders. All orders ship from Dallas, Texas, Monday through Friday (we do not ship or deliver on weekends). Orders placed before 12PM CST/1PM CST will ship the same day.

International Shipping

We ship international however, a few countries have customs policies that have made shipping luxury brand items very difficult. For this reason, we may not be able to ship items to Africa, Latin America, parts of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Please note that all items entering countries outside the US may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance to national laws. The buyer is responsible for all additional expenses incurred.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely in love with your purchase!

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, just return the item in the condition in which you received it (with any/all tags still attached). Items must be returned in their original condition up to 7 days after the delivery date. (Must be postmarked by the 7th day). If any tags are missing, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

To start a return, you can contact us at styledunder25@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We'll send return shipping labels to non-international orders if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

When we receive the item, our team will inspect the item and we will refund your amount within 24-48 hours. All items will be inspected by our team. We will notify you if your item has been accepted.

Damaged products can not be returned.

If your item is denied, it will be shipped back to you up to 3 business days after you have been notified.

International return shipping cost is your responsibility. We do not refund Express or International shipping costs and we are not responsible of any customs and taxes.

Damages and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
